This Halloween is shaping up to be a fright fest for moviegoers. Lionsgate has announced plans to release “Saw 3″ on October 27, 2006. This news comes shortly after the announcement of a “Friday the 13th” prequel scheduled to hit theaters on October 13, 2006.
Director Darren Lynn Bousman and screenwriter Leigh Whannell are returning for the third “Saw,” but casting details were not released.
It seems “Saw” is becoming a Halloween tradition. The original “Saw” was released October 29, 2004, and “Saw 2″ opened at number one on October 28, 2005.
Lionsgate execs Jason Constantine and Peter Block say, “The ‘Saw’ franchise will ensure that gore becomes every bit as much a Halloween staple as ghosts, goblins, and candy corn.”
Do we smell a “Jigsaw Vs. Jason” movie in the future?
gahh i hope theres not a jason vs. jigsaw thing.. thatll be dumb as crap
its not so much if u should do it cuz you NEED to do it
The first one was hilariously bad, ridiculous, over-acted… But I watched Saw II last night, and was incredibly bored.
The first had games self-contained enough that they kind of work. But II required so much happenstance that it qualifies for worst villain plan ever.
Saw 3 needs to suck the way the first one did.
i think the movie is all about the last scene, the montage of what he said.that is all that matters.
I don’t care what anyone says. Let the tradition commence. Long live Saw.!!!
Look for the mild mannered Dr. Gordon to return as one of Jigsaw’s partners…minus a foot of course.
saw 2 sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
i think Daniel should be in the movie like from part 2 but only this time a sad and happy thing happens to him like getting a girl
I liked Saw and Saw 2. I liked Saw better than saw 2 because i think it was a lot creepier and weirder than saw 2. I love Leigh Whannell!!!!
well i love saw
keep em coming
if iuts like the first two then it will be good but if its all bout that guy in the bathroom then nevermind it will probably be stupid
