   That’s Alisachan. Google search `alisachan’ and check out her cosplay stuff, it’s pretty good. Particularly her `Dawn’ series.

   Then search for Alisakiss and see what she did when she got older. Whoa.

   I’ve always liked Alisa Chan, and she really captures the animated Supergirl look well with this outfit. She looks the part.
