Your friendly online news provider (that’s us) has found itself in an odd position — after months of writing the news, the GZ has become news!
A Brooklyn, New York weekly, Courier-Life, just published a feature story on your favorite zine (again, that’s us), complete with a lovely photo of the GZ founders (which wasn’t Photoshopped in any way). Discover how the GZ was created. Learn the true meaning of the word “geek.” Understand that “it is common for people in their 30s to read comic books” (I don’t remember saying that). Read several other misquotes (most are minor) and misspellings (for the record, Slaski is spelled with an “I”).
All in all, though, we are pleased with the attention and the story. Now, mom finally has something to put on the refrigerator next to my third-grade report card (when Mrs. Donnelly said I had potential).

Stay tuned for more news on GZ-mania!
