I used to be like that but now I just don't care anymore. I am just happy if the book is good. There are so many Sci-Fi/Fantasy books out there that just sucks. Finding a good one lately is hard... Being well past puberty myself, I find it slightly embarrassing to read a book with a half-naked flying hot chick punching an armored lizard on the cover. Fantasy/scifi will never be taken seriously if there's always some 13 year old boy's cream dream on the cover. How about a tasteful abstract image or something? Am I the only one fed up with this? Why, why, why must every fantasy/scifi book have an ubercheesy cover?
