		<description>My husband bought this for me (at my BEGGING request) as part of my birthday gift. Knowing Jackie would probably kick my rear end, I was still motivated to begin. It is definitely effective and it is definitely difficult if you are at a beginner/intermediate level of exercising. I typically do lots of cardio and not much weight training so it has been a major challenge for me, but even within the first week I am seeing results. I recommend!</description>

		<description>Just got this is the mail.  Its great.  Especially for any previous athletes out there.  I am a volleyball coach and many of these exercises are the ones I make my girls do, not to mention the ones we did in college.  If you are looking for something to challenge you, this is the workout.  I have had coaches and personal trainers, this is the same thing in your living room.  You will need lots of motivation to keep going, it gets hard.  I totally recommend it.</description>

But I do an hour of taebo with weights or bands 6 days a week and go running 3 days a week. So I&#039;m hoping it&#039;ll give me an interesting workout. I always like to change things up. But 20 minutes isn&#039;t much for me...</description>

I&#039;m working out every day, but I breaking up workouts: one day upper body, other day lower body and core workout on alternate days. Believe me it&#039;s perfect. If you wanna look good, you just need to do it :) It&#039;s just 20 minutes a day, you will be happy :):):):)</description>
