MySpace has posted the teaser trailer for Twilight, the upcoming vampire flick based on the bestselling Stephenie Meyer novel.

The film, directed by Catherine Hardwicke with a script by Melissa Rosenberg, stars Kristen Stewart (Panic Room) as Bella Swan, a teenage girl who moves to Washington state and falls in love with the mysterious, handsome Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire), who happens to be a vampire.

Twilight is scheduled for release in theaters on December 12, 2008.

Synopsis
