How’s this for an interesting concept: a comedy/fantasy film about a boy who can magically travel to other worlds, but when he tells his folks, they have him committed. After that, he grows into a complete ass of an executive, until one day he is contacted to return to the land and needs to get help from his son to save it.

The movie is called (and I just can’t see this being the final title) Executive VP, David M. Murch’s Adventures in the Land of Zametherea. To me, this sounds like a cool little concept that could be done very well! The only thing is, I can pretty much guarantee you it will be a Tim Allen movie. Don’t ask me how. I just know.

Anyways, THR has informed us that MGM has purchased the spec script from Peter Speakman and Michael M.B. Galvin. Producing will be Rick Alexander, Rick Benattar and Jim Wedaa.
