While on one of my many e-adventures, looking for nothing in particular, with a simple click, here was this video of the first five minutes of The Dark Knight looking at me! I have not one idea where it came from or how long it’s been out there; I’ve certainly not seen it before.
Now that I’ve watched it, there’s that much more excitement in me for this — if that is at all possible.
I can’t say how long this will be available, but check it out here below if you want to get a very small idea of how it all starts and a real sample of where all these wildly positive reviews are coming from.
The Dark Knight opens in theaters on July 18, 2008.
This is the special preview Warner Bros put in front of I Am Legend way back in December. I’ll be curious to see if Nolan’s re-cut any of this since then. If not, it’s still the best damn preview they could cut. Whooboy.
