I can’t believe they didn’t put the whole “Blood Type” chapter i. It was my favourite part in the whole book! I reckon it would have been exciting to see how the scene was handled. :(

Robert is a hunk. I read the “Adonis” look he was aiming for was by following a “special” diet and working out. Too bad the director decided to cut the shirtless scene out of the movie.

Wow…I never dreamed watered down half assed written tween romance would strike such a cord with high schoolers. yes I read these for my self, these books stink, I wouldn’t call it crap unless I had first hand experience with the material. R.L.Stine could have done this way better and thats pretty sad.

1.) The Meadow (I can’t wait to see the sparkle!)

3.) Port Angeles
4.) Baseball
5.) The phenomenon chapter (though I agree it did get overplayed)
I’m starting to get nervous this last week. I hope the movie lives up to the hype and while it won’t be a perfect interpretation of the beloved novels, it will have to suffice.

My top scenes i’m looking forward to would be;
1. The Meadow
2. First Kiss (this would have been included in the meadow scene but by the looks of the clips it happens in Bella’s room.
3. Prom Scene (’I dream about being with you forever’)
4. Basesball
5. Biology lessons (even though they have been cut short says Catherine Hardwick)

Uh oh…you forgot what is the one of the most significant scenes in the book, one of the most anticipated and the scene which we have been deprived of any clips or pictures (well. a tiny pit but they don’t tell much) – the meadow scene. It’s the scene where Edward and Bella actually confess their love and Edward shows off his sparkles ;)

THE MEADOW SCENE!!!!! Thanks for the article but i’m lost at why this wasn’t included in the list. With all due respect (really),did you even read the book? It’s the most important scene. You finally understand everything in this scene. It lays the foundation for everything.

PORT ANGELES— said smokin’ hot vampire driving super cool car really fast, oh, and terrifying a few scummy jerks.
VAMPIRE BASEBALL —’nuff said
HOSPITAL SCENE Edward’s conflicted feelings of bloodlust and love for Bella torture him in a way that is heart breaking. Not to mention the foreshadowing of NEW MOON
Oh, and EVERY scene with a crooked smile!! Robert Pattinson should trademark that!!!! :)

For having been a fan of the book for so long now I just want to see the whole movie. The article mentions some really good scenes, but what about the baseball scene? The Port Angeles scene? Or even the first morning he stays the night and she KNOWS he’s there? Like I said, I honestly can’t wait to see any of this.

Oh, and the flashbacks…I agree. I was really, really hoping the would make the stories flashbacks instead of storytelling time! I doubt it, but I hope that Carlisle’s story is a complete flashback detailing all the history he has…yeah, I doubt it (just not probable for a lower budget film), but it would be really nice to see the London of his youth.

Can’t wait till the movie comes out!
