I couldn’t imagine how South Park could possibly top last week’s genius take on the High School Musical craze, but it looks like they’ll try again this week. Tomorrow night’s episode will take a swing at another recent phenomenon — Twilight, the best-selling teen vampire novel by Stephenie Meyer, the movie adaptation of which comes out this Friday.
In the new episode, “The Ungroundable,” the Goth kids at South Park Elementary face powerful rivals. Butters is sure he’s seen a vampire at school, but he can’t get anyone to listen to him. Meanwhile, the Goth kids are angry and frustrated when the other kids can’t tell the difference between a Goth and a Vampire.
The episode, airing at 10pm, marks this season’s finale. You can watch a clip from it here below.

I think this idea is SO great! I absolutly love South Park but also have an equal love for the Twilight series. This is going to be a great (and extememly funny) South Park episode. =)
Well, at least it will probably be very, very funny. They are definitely good at what they do.
Twilight is a fairly solid fad book series — making fun of it as the movie will probably be shooting fish in a barrel, but that’s what fads are for.
The most underrated joke: the horrible mocking “goth” music played throughout the episode :D
