‘Narnia’ Team To Pen ‘Captain America’ Script

Captain AmericaChristopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, the duo behind The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, as well as Prince Caspian, are in negotiations to write the script for the Captain America movie that Joe Johnston is directing.

The movie is likely to be set in World War II and will follow Steve Rogers transformation into the super-soldier Captain America and his subsequent fight against the Nazis.

Marvel’s The First Avenger: Captain America is set for a May 6, 2011 release date.
