Trailer For New Kristen Stewart Movie ‘Adventureland’

Empress Eve   |    |

Aside from starring Twilight’s Kristen Stewart in what I consider to be her “natural” state, I have tons of reasons why I already know I’ll love Adventureland.

First of all, it takes place in Long Island, NY (not far from my neck of the woods in Brooklyn) in the summer of 1987 — a great year, if I say so myself — at an amusement park (love it!). It’s about a recent college grad (Jesse Eisenberg who you might remember from Cursed — I do) who has to take a low-wage job at a local amusement park where he falls in love with his co-worker Em (Kristen Stewart) and ends up having the best time of his life.

The R-rated film is directed by Greg Mottola, who’s directorial debut was the raunchy teen comedy Superbad, which I thought was funny as hell. While Adventureland is also a comedy, it’s doesn’t seem to be the outlandish kind. The movie screams “indie darling” and even has that Garden State wallpaper. Just to hit the point home, the trailer plays “Blister in the Sun” by the Violent Femmes. But another super-bonus point for it is its use of Rush’s “The Spirit of Radio” in the trailer and within the film itself (we see one of the characters air-drumming while trying to remember the lyrics).

Also in the film is Ryan Reynolds (aka Mr. Scarlett Johansson for all you dudes), who I hope goes all Van Wilder (cuz I love me some Van Wilder — write that down). It also stars one of my favorite comedians, Bill Hader (who also starred in Superbad) and SNL’s Kristen Wiig, who play a couple who either owns or manages the amusement park (couldn’t tell from the trailer).

Adventureland rides into theaters on March 27, 2009 (oh I’ve been waiting to pull out a cheesy line like that for a long time!).

I’d like inform you that Scarlett Johansson (actress)actually is a clone from original person, who has nothing with acting career.Clone was created illegally using stolen biomaterial.Original Scarlett Galabekian last name is nice, CHRISTIAN young lady.I’ll tell more, those clones(it’s not only 1)made in GERMANY-world leader manufacturer of humans clones,it’s in Ludwigshafen am Rhein,Rhineland-Palatinate,Mr.Helmut Kohl home town. You can’t even imaging the scale of the cloning activity. But warning,H.Kohl staff strictly controlling their clones spreading around the world, they’re NAZI type disciplined and mind controlled,be careful get close with clones you will be controlled too.Original family didn’t authorize any activity with stolen biomaterials,no matter what form it was created in,it’s all need to be back to original family control in Cedars-Sinai MedicalCenter in LA.Controlling clones is US military operation.Original Scarlett never was engaged,by the way

Superbad is his 2nd film. His debut film was a fantastic film that he wrote and directed called The Daytrippers!
