An updated version of the previously released trailer for JJ Abrams‘ Star Trek is now online.
What’s the vision? It’s only a few seconds, but it’s huge. If this had been in the original version of the trailer, everyone who have went completely insane with delight.
Near the end, it’s the last piece of footage shown from the film before the title comes up — our first look at Leonard Nimoy as the Elder Spock, oh glory be!!!!
Head over to AICN for your pick of three exclusive high-res QuickTime versions, or check out the low-res one here below (you have to see it in high-res though, if you can view QT, it’s worth it).
For those of you wondering what’s happening in this scene with the Elder Spock, we know he’s giving the Vulcan gesture along with the salutation, “Live Long and Prosper,” but can’t see who he’s giving it to. For the full scoop, head over to TrekMovie, as this is part of the four-scene preview they recently covered.
