As promised, a trailer for the Robert Rodriguez produced and Nimród Antal directed reboot, Predators, has been unleashed online.

The trailer is pretty awesome and it begins by showing us the group of humans after they've first been brought to this mysterious jungle planet. After that, you'll get to peek at each of the cast and see a lot of tense moments as the humans fight to survive, as well as a few peeks at the vicious Predators who are hunting them. Overall, it's a very effective trailer; it looks like they nailed the tone of 1987's Predator while adding some nasty new creatures and a hell of a lot more of them than the one deadly alien from the original film.

Remain in the shadows and cautiously make your way over to the other side to watch the first trailer for Predators!

The great cast includes Academy Award winner Adrien Brody (The Pianist, King Kong); Laurence Fishburne (The Matrix, Mystic River) Danny Trejo (Con Air, Desperado); Topher Grace (Spider-Man 3, That '70s Show); Alice Braga (City of God, I Am Legend); Mahershalalhashbaz Ali (The 4400, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button); Walt Goggins (The Shield, Shanghai Noon); Oleg Taktarov (Bad Boys 2, 15 Minutes); and Derek Mears (Friday the 13th).
Pearl Jam was the musical guest on last night's Saturday Night Live, hosted by Jude Law, and now video from their performance is online.

The band played two songs -- "Just Breathe" and "Unthought Known" -- and also appeared in one of the skits. All three videos are here below.

I was hoping the writers would find a way to fit Pearl Jam into one of their sketches, like they've done with so many musical guests before. While their appearance was cool and definitely worth watching, I wish they could have gotten more screen time. The skit they were in was a take on the classic monster on the wing episode of The Twilight Zone.

While I love Pearl Jam and the two songs they performed, I think they were poor choices to play on SNL. They were very Eddie Vedder centric and are some of their slower, quieter sections. I'm not that that's a bad thing, but with only two selections I'd expect them to perform something where every band member had plenty to do and where at least one song was more hard rock. It was still good, though, I'm just saying I thought it strange. Both tunes are from their latest album Backspacer [...]

Our good friend Vic over at Screenrant had the cool idea of taking the two previously released trailers for Iron Man 2 and mashing them together into one extended mega-trailer!

Watch this new extended nearly 4-minute trailer here below.

Now, this is an unofficial version, but it's absolutely worth watching and I think Vic did a great job of stringing all footage from the two trailers together.

A brand new trailer for Ridley Scott's new vision of the tale of Robin Hood has been released online by Yahoo! Movies.

The movie will be released on May 14, 2010, and has a brilliant cast that features Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett, William Hurt, Mark Strong, Mark Addy, Oscar Isaac, Danny Huston, Eileen Atkins, and Max von Sydow.

The only thing about this new trailer that has me a little sad, is the newly anointed PG-13 rating. This isn't at all one of those movies I expected to be rated R, but I did have a glimmer of hope that this new Robin Hood adventure would be a graphic, Gladiator-esque action-drama. None-the-less, this is a great trailer and the movie continues to look like a great new title for those of us who are into period battle films. I'll tell you one thing, I can't wait for Scott's sure-to-be-better Director's Cut!

Official Synopsis
Oscar® winner Russell Crowe stars as the legendary figure known by generations as “Robin Hood,” whose exploits have endured in popular mythology and ignited the imagination of those who share his spirit of adventure and righteousness. [...]

Viral marketing has been a popular and entertaining method of promoting new films for a while now. Crafty videos with no known origins, guerilla-style fliers and posters slapped around town, and websites with mysterious puzzles are all good examples of these unique methods of getting the eyes and pockets of potential movie-goers solidified in their film.

The Walt Disney Company has no issues with the viral marketing option, and recently put together some cryptic puzzles in relation to their upcoming Tron: Legacy. When all of said puzzles were deciphered, the end-goal revealed a brand new trailer for the movie, and it is spectacular.

Click over to the other side to see the new trailer for Tron: Legacy, or head to the viral site for HD options!

I've never seen the original Tron (shame, I know), and I honestly don't know how well it would play to me if I did watch it, considering how cheesy the effect seem to us so many years later. Because of this, I was never all that thrilled for this Tron sequel that has fans tweaking with excitement. [...]

One of the big draws to tonight's 82nd Academy Awards ceremony was the fact that a brand new trailer for Jon Favreau's mega-sequel, Iron Man 2, would be debuting after the broadcast on Jimmy Kimmel Live's annual Oscar special.

The promised Iron Man 2 trailer did indeed debut, introduced by Tony stark himself, Robert Downey Jr., and heads exploded. Instead of cutting a trailer that mostly consists of stuff we've seen, they gave us a whole lot of new goodies. In this second trailer you'll see Whiplash meeting Justin Hammer for the first time, Black Widow in action, a new line of military suits, more of the epic battle that sees Iron Man and War Machine taking on and a bunch of these new generic suits, a possible glimpse at Iron Man taking a shot at War Machine, and even Tony Stark's fancy new briefcase that just happens to fuse on to his body as another suit!

Put on your own personal super-suit and frolic over to the other side to check out the brand new trailer!

The first trailer was released back in December as an early Christmas present, and that one was pretty amazing to see. [...]

A brand new full trailer has been released for Platinum Dunes' remake of the iconic horror franchise, A Nightmare on Elm Street.

The movie stars Jackie Earle Haley and tells the story of a man who is falsely accused of being a pedophile and burned alive by a mob of angry parents. Unfortunately for all of us, after his body is engulfed in accusing fires, his tormented soul remains and begins to kill children as they sleep and dream.

The new trailer gives us a much better look at the new Freddy Krueger and the trippy, hellish nightmare worlds that we can expect to see. It does appear that they've decided to use a lot of stuff from older movies instead of creating a completely unique new Nightmare world. That paired with the difficult-to-warm-up-to appearance change of Freddy himself has fans a little worried about how the final product will play; but for now, this is fans of the franchise's best peek yet!
Yes, you read that headline correctly, there is now a movie trailer online for Showgirls 2: The Return.

Watch the trailer now at www.showgirls2.com and thank me later. But be forewarned, this is totally NSFW from the get-go AND there's no way to pause the video, so you gotta get all that Showgirls sequel goodness in one shot (no pun intended).

Yes, this is the upcoming sequel to the 1995 bomb Showgirls, which starred Saved By The Bell's Elizabeth Berkley in her most controversial role as a dancer who claws -- and shoves -- her way to the top of the Las Vegas showgirls scene. And who's bright idea was it to make this sequel? Some bloke named Marc Vorlander, who managed to get $25 million in financing.

The trailer -- which has I think only one spoken word in it and I couldn't even tell you what that word was and I had to watch this thing three times - wait, make that four, I just missed the spelling of the director's name! -- brings back all that softcore lesbian action from the first movie, set against what sounds like a rip off of the recognizable Halloween score. We go from naked women, to naked dancing women, to naked women having sex with each other in what looks like a Red Shoe Diaries moment. Just when you think you understand what this movie's about (naked women), it turns into Scarface meets David Lynch in Mulholland Drive 2 and fuck if I know what the hell is going on. And if it's "the return" why does it look like a poorly lit low-budget movie from the 1970s with Tron title credits?

Do I even care? Umm... no. Whatever this movie is, its trailer makes the original Showgirls look like Chicago [...]

The movie takes place in 117 A.D. and tells the story of Rome's Ninth Legion, who set off on a major mission to find and destroy the leader of the Picts and anyone who tries to stop them. But when the Picts spring a trap on them and take the Legion's general captive, one remaining Roman soldier must take just a few men and find a way to stop the Picts once and for all.

The movie reunites stars Dominic West and Michael Fassbender, who appeared together in another epic battle movie: 300. West plays captured General Virilus, while Fassbender plays Quintus Dias, a survivor of the ambush who is trapped deep within the enemy's boundaries. The movie also stars Hitman and Quantum of Solace leading lady Olga Kurylenko as a Pict warrior whose tongue was removed by the Romans after they killed her entire family. This character would seem to point to one of those cases where we the viewers will not be sure who to pull for. [...]

No one denies how good the movies that Judd Apatow directs tend to be, but many great comedies that have his name attached to them are ones that he is in the role of producer on.

One of the Apatow-produced films that won many hearts and much laughter was of course Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Now, many of the talents that made that film are set to bring us another called Get Him to the Greek, and you can see the first official trailer, poster, and synopsis right here.

The movie stars Russell Brand and Jonah Hill, and it tells the story of a young record label up-and-comer who has to find a way to get an unruly rock star from London to a comeback concert date in Los Angeles. Get Him to the Greek is also directed by Sarah Marshall helmer Nicholas Stoller, which is actually pretty fitting. Considering the synopsis of this movie, those involved, and people like Brand's character in Sarah Marshall, it feels almost more like sequel or spinoff movie than its own film, and that could be a lot of fun in its own right.
Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Entertainment have released the second official trailer for next Summer's highly-anticipated Toy Story 3.

The trailer is definitely a different direction from the first trailer that we saw released. In that one, it was mainly about Andy going off to college and the toys being dumped off in a day care facility. This time around, you're returned to the day care, but you get to meet some of the new toys that we've heard about but not seen, like the Ken doll voiced by Michael Keaton, the mysterious toy that appeared in Pixar's last film, Up, and Timothy Dalton's Mr. Pricklepants.

Continue on down to the bottom to read a synopsis and watch this brand new Toy Story 3 trailer for yourself. And do not forget, the movie will be released in only 4 short months on June 18, 2010.

Tonight was the big game, and to sum things up, booze and gumbo be flowin' strong in the French Quarters of New Orleans tonight.

The obvious big draw of the Super Bowl is the game itself, but right behind that it the unveiling of some of the best commercials you'll see. Recent years have been an incredible disappointment for the advertisement industries, and it has seemed like very few companies have anyone working for them with fresh and funny ideas. So would this year be the year when commercials rose back to their former glory, or would failure loom once again?

The short answer is no, no there was not any glory. The majority of this year's commercials, like recent years, were utter garbage, and that's just sad and honest truth. The only real bright spots of the year came from the always-popular Bud Lite ads, and Doritos made a strong showing themselves. There were a couple of decent ones scattered around in between these, but that's about all there is to it. You can head over to SPIKE to check out all of the commercials! [...]

After the gigantic success of Fallout 3, fans of the series have been itching for more post-apocalyptic action. With the announcement of a fourth game entitled Fallout: New Vegas, you can only imagine how excited said fans have been, and it doesn't look like the wait will be all that tortuous.

Bethesda Softworks has officially announced that Fallout: New Vegas will be released in the Fall of 2010. To accompany this exciting news, a brand new teaser trailer in true Fallout fashion has also been released for your viewing pleasure.

While it was Bethesda who brought us Fallout 3 and all of the great new combat and first person shooter styles that made the RPG truly special, it is Obsidian Entertainment who is handling the developing duties for New Vegas. Obsidian is no stranger to the world -- they made Fallout 2 -- but this does raise the question: will this new title have the same gameplay as its Game of the Year-crowned predecessor, or will it go back to older RPG styles?
There's nothing not to be excited about for action fantasy fans when it comes to Louis Leterrier's remake of Clash of the Titans. The movie has all the promises of becoming an exciting, fast-paced adventure within the realms of Greek Mythology with all of the crazy creatures and struggles that come with it.

To add to this excitement, a brand new International trailer for the movie has been released courtesy of IGN, and you can check it out below! Unlike the first couple of trailers that we the Americans were given, the International peek shows off Liam Neeson as Zeus, father of Perseus (Sam Worthington), as well as evil god of the Underworld, Hades (Ralph Fiennes), who looks more normal than I expected and sounds strangely similar to the Ephors in 300.

Click over to the other side to check out the trailer. This is one to see!

Aside from seeing Zeus and Hades in the trailer, there's one more thing that's not to be missed. [...]

The first official trailer for The Losers is now online. Even better, you'll be happy to know, is that it looks like it could be a hell of a lot of fun.

This is a pleasant surprise and possible proof that resume don't always make the talent. The movie is directed by Sylvain White, who has previously directed I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer and Stomp the Yard, which naturally lead us all to become worried about this project. We won't know for sure until the movie comes out, but again, there's lots of promising stuff going on here.

The Losers is an adaptation of a Vertigo comic book series of the same name by Andy Diggle and Jock that ran from 2003 to 2006. That comic book is also an adaptation in its own right, being based on a WWII-based comic also of the same name that debuted in the good ol' 70s.

If you'll be so kind as to proceed to the bottom of this post, you can watch the new trailer and judge for yourself! [...]

Because the pilot for Battlestar Galactica prequel series Caprica was released as a movie in what seems like a long, long time ago (Read: DVD Review: 'Caprica'), it didn't even feel like the show began last week. In case you missed it, the show did indeed start last week, and if you haven't yet done so, you should find the pilot episode and watch it immediately.

Now that the pilot for this new adventure from BSG masterminds Ronald D. Moore and David Eick is done and over, that can only mean one thing: a wealth of brand new treasures in the creationism of Cylons as we know them! That's right, tonight begins the first of the all-new episodes that we'll see during the show's maiden season voyage. It will take over from the epic ending point of the movie, and continue us on as Daniel Graystone digs deeper into his dark and revolutionary discovery and his daughter Zoe gets used to her new existence.

The first teaser trailer for Oliver Stone's much-anticipated sequel Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps is now online courtesy of IMDB.

The sequel comes 23 years after the 1987 original, Wall Street, which starred Michael Douglas as a financial master with questionable techniques who mentors and grooms a young new hot shot (Charlie Sheen) in the world of stocks. Douglas returns in the sequel after going to prison for a long time and ready to groom yet another young gun stockbroker (Shia LaBeouf) who just so happens to be engaged to his daughter (Carey Mulligan).

The teaser trailer is very well done and will get you excited for seeing a long trailer and the movie itself. You can immediately get a sense for the humor that Stone is going to bring to the table, and the natural humor that will come from someone like Douglas's Gordon Gekko being re-released back into a wild that is absolutely NOTHING like the wild that he was once king of.
If you haven't heard of the new movie, The Crazies, then this is your chance to overload on imagery, trailers, and a fat and juicy synopsis to fill your brain with the ingredients necessary to decide if this movie is indeed for you!

The movie is actually a remake of a 1973 George A. Romero film of the same name. It takes place in your normal, everyday small town where everyone knows each other and gets along fine before some sort of mysterious toxin is released into the water supply. For those who are affected by the toxin, they slowly lose their grasp on sanity at first, and develop a violent nature. Before long, they go completely insane and want nothing but to kill everything that moves.

It's no surprise that the movie has come from the brain of George Romero...it certainly has the "zombies with a twist" vibe to it much like The Signal. It also has a kind of The Happening feel to it, but certainly looks like it could be a hell of a lot better than that was! [...]

For the unaware, there is indeed a new movie on the way called Hot Tub Time Machine, and it looks hilarious. The movie is basically a cross between Old School, Ski School, and Back to the Future. It follows a group of four friends who drink themselves silly and somehow wake up in the year 1986. I guess Dave Attell was right when he called drinking until you black out "time travel."

The movie stars Craig Robinson, Clark Duke, Rob Corddry, and the perfect and required '80s throwback casting of none other than John Cusack! Also appearing in the movie is Lizzy Caplan and a couple other potentially amusing '80s throwback castings in Crispin Glover and Chevy Chase.

A regular family-friendly version of the trailer was released a while back, but we all know that the most fun comes from the Red Band trailers. Instead of choosing, you can click over to the other side now and watch both trailers. If you're at work, go green; if you're home alone, definitely go red. [...]

MACGRUBER

Say what you will, but I LOVE the Saturday Night Live "MacGruber" skits, and when I heard they were making a feature-length movie based on those skits, I was totally fine with it.

New red band and green band trailers for the film, which hits theaters on April 23, are now online. Watch them both here below.

The MacGruber skit is a spoof on the 1980's action television series MacGyver, which starred Richard Dean Anderson as a secret agent known for his non-violent resourceful resolution methods, which were oftentimes over the top. The big joke has always been about what MacGyver could do with a piece of gum and some tape, so MacGruber just takes that to the next level.

The film stars SNL alum Will Forte as MacGruber, with fellow SNL co-star Kristen Wiig as part of his elite team. Ryan Phillippe (Crash) is also on this team, with Powers Boothe, Maya Rudolph, and Vil Kilmer rounding out the cast [...]
