This digital deal is only for today, Monday, August 30, so grab it while you can. The digital version is regularly $9.99. The 24-hour rental of the film is $2.99.

This is the first Star Trek film, released in 1979, which picks up many years after the original television series was canceled, and stars William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, and the rest of the original cast.

The U.S.S. Enterprise proudly soars again in this newly restored, Director’s Edition of the original Star Trek movie classic.

  1. I still have this dvd stuck inside my iMac. Hurricane Alex blew into town, and lightning struck my computer as I was watching it.

    It’s a sign. ST:TMP is a horrible movie and God agrees.
