Watch Now: ‘Night Of The Living Trekkies’ Trailer
  |  @   |

Earlier this month, Quirk Books released their latest mash-up novel Night Of The Living Trekkies, written by Kevin David Anderson and Sam Stall.

It’s a real fun book — yes, fun! — about a bunch of Star Trek convention attendees who find themselves faced with hordes of the undead! [Check out my full review of the book for my thoughts.]

Quirk has just released a trailer for Night Of The Living Trekkies, which you can watch here below.

I know, you’re probably not accustomed to watching trailers for books, but this one is pretty hilarious. Matter of fact, I’m just about ready to see this movie made!

  1. the “trailer” is most likely better than the book.

  2. Awww, didn’t realize it was a book. Would love to see whole film, but even just the trailer was fun enough to watch :)

  3. I read the Book It is Fantastic. Fanboys meet Shawn of the Dead.
But with out the Straight on costumes, reffrences, and Easter eggs the movie would Suck. I don’t think Majal Rodenbery and Paramount would allow it.

  6. Actually, just finished the book and it is much better than the trailer, which says something, because the trailer was great too.

The only problem with making the movie correctly would not be the late Mrs. Roddenberry and Paramount, since “Free Enterprise” and “The Big Bang Theory” have boldly gone the satire routes, but Mr. Lucas and his lawyers in a galaxy far far in southern CA, for reasons I’ll not elaborate on, so not to be a spoiler for those who have not read it yet.
