Geek Art: ‘Star Wars’ Kessel Run Retro Travel Poster
  |  @   |

While some might think it’s a piece of junk, it’s the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs.

Do you know which ship that is?

If so, then you’ll want to check out this new poster.

The official Star Wars Shop is currently taking pre-orders for a new limited edition poster, Star Wars Retro Travel Poster – Kessel Run. The travel ad is for would-be Kessel Run tours (with a guarantee to make it there in less than 12 parsecs!) aboard the famed Millennium Falcon, with a great image of the ship flying away from an asteroid (love it!).

Pre-orders for this Star Wars poster, which has a limited edition of 150, will ship on December 14, 2010, and costs $88.99. The “Kessel Run” poster is one in a series of eight retro-style travel posters from the Star Wars galaxy by artist Steve Thomas.

* Measures 13×19-inches
* Fine Art Giclee on watercolor paper
* Signed and hand-numbered by the artist
* Includes a certificate of authenticity

Pre-order now and you won’t be charged until the item ships. This is a very small edition, so if you dig this poster — and c’mon, how can you not? — definitely grab it now.
