The most wonderful time of the year is once again upon us. The Christmas season is here and with that comes Christmas TV episodes!

When Ted calls Lily a bad name (which is subbed in with the word ‘Grinch’), the limits of the Christmas spirit and more importantly, Lily and Ted’s long-standing friendship is tested. Some of the best moments from the episode happen when Barney gets a sickness that keeps him in bed. It’s touching and more importantly, absolutely hilarious.

Ted almost ruins Christmas for everyone when, still carrying around anger toward Lily over breaking the engagement, he calls her a horribly disgusting name.
