New Image Of Daniel Radcliffe In ‘The Woman in Black’
  |

A new still of a very frightened (and stubbly) Daniel Radcliffe from his first major post-Harry Potter role in the upcoming film The Woman in Black has just been released. You can view a full, larger version of the image by clicking the thumbnail at the end of this article.

The film is based on the novel by Susan Hill, which had previously been adapted for the international stage, and is directed by James Watkins (Eden Lake) from a screenplay by Jane Goldman (X-Men: First Class). The story follows young lawyer Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe) who travels to a remote village to help put a recently deceased client’s affairs in order and discovers that the locals are being terrorized by the ghost of a scorned woman. As the old saying goes, hell hath no fury….

Also starring Ciaran Hinds (There Will Be Blood) and Janet McTeer (Tideland), The Woman in Black will be released by CBS Films on February 3, 2012.
