Totally Rad Show, Diggnation, and former Screen Savers host Alex Albrecht is a man of many talents, director of films among them.

Today, he dropped a short film on YouTube titled Voltron: The End. The short features an older Lance (played by Timothy Omundson, who plays Detective Lassiter on the USA series Psych), pilot of the Red Lion, recovering from an accident. It is short, but sweet and a total treat for Voltron fans.

For a short film made with what I am guessing is a pretty small budget, you get a lot of bang for your buck here. I hope that we can maybe get to see a sequel at some point in the future, but if we don’t I still say congrats to Albrecht and the rest of his cast and crew for this bit of awesomeness.
