‘Harry Potter’ Helmer David Yates To Take On ‘Your Voice In My Head’
  |

Following in the wake of what may be the best of the best when it comes to the super popular Harry Potter franchise, director David Yates could do anything he wants. And now, that has been decided.

Variety is reporting that Yates will helm Your Voice In My Head, a film based on the memoir of the same name from writer Emma Forrest. Best known for penning the now defunct Richard Linklater film Liars (A-E), Your Voice In My Head will look at the writer’s battle with her inner demons and how she was ultimately saved by a psychiatrist, who she confided in.

Personally, I absolutely love this news. I think Yates is an immensely talented filmmaker, and one that can make any project intriguing. The narrative sounds interesting enough, so while it may not be the most groundbreaking of stories, it does make for something worth keeping an eye on. And of course, Yates’ involvement definitely helps that. What do you think?
