Disney Parks To Stay Open 24 Hours Straight On Leap Day 2012!

The new year also happens to be a Leap Year, which means we’ll magically get get an extra day this year on February 29, 2012.

In honor of Leap Day this year, Disney has announced their One More Disney Day promotion where both the Magic Kingdom theme park at Disney World in Orlando, FL, and the Disneyland park at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA, will stay open for 24 hours straight on Leap Day!

From 6AM on February 29 to 6AM on March 1, 2012 (EST), the two parks will remain open for all guests to come and enjoy the rides and attractions. This will be the first time ever that the parks will remain open for 24 hours straight.

Disney has launched their One More Day site, where you can check out more details about this event an, as well as a giveaway starting today where Disney will be giving away a vacation package every day until February 29, 2012.
