Talk about a who’s who of great actors.

THR is reporting that the trio of Alan Arkin, Al Pacino, and Christopher Walken have joined the cast of a new action comedy, Stand Up Guys.

Helmed by Fisher Stevens, the film follows a couple of criminals in the later stages of life—one having been hired to kill the other—who have one more wild night together involving stolen cars, brothels, and cop chases.

Lionsgate will be releasing the film, which is set to shoot come April.

Personally, I’m mixed about this project. I love the cast here, as all three could absolutely kill in their respective roles. However, Stevens isn’t the greatest of filmmakers, and frankly, neither Walken nor Pacino have really been giving great performances as of late. Hopefully that will change here however, because this has the makings of something really great.
