At the Bronx Zoo in New York, there are 58,000 Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, each of which need to be named.

The Cocoa-Roach was created by chocolatier and pastry chef Sabrina Berkowitz, of The Chocolate Box NYC, for the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Bronx Zoo.
