‘Y Tu Mama Tambien’ Star Gael Garcia Bernal Is ‘Zorro Reborn’

Mexican actor Gael GarcÃa Bernal is immensely talented, as anyone who has seen his work in foreign films such as Y Tu Mamá También, Amores Perros, The Motorcycle Diaries, and The Science of Sleep will tell you.
It’s been assumed by many that he would rise up to become quite the superstar. but whether through his own preference or lack of exposure, he’s remained somewhat in the shadows. The actor has appeared in some more mainstream titles like Letters to Juliet, Blindness, and Best Picture nominee Babel, but now it appears he could be stepping out into that Hollywood spotlight, as so many have expected him to eventually do.

Mimobot Makes Flash Drives Cool At Toy Fair 2012

Blank DVDs and CDs are going the way of the dinosaurs in favor of the infinitely reusable and non-OS specific (usually) flash drive. These little devices allow sharing of data with the click of a USB port, and they’re much greener than one time use only discs if you’re into that sort of thing. For the longest time these little devices had all the style of a giant suppository, but that’s just not the case any longer.
Mimobot is a company that’s creating USB flash drives and card readers that allow their owners to show off their geek love while still having a flash drive at the ready. The company had and still has the Star Wars license so last year there were R2D2, Yoda, and C3PO flash drives along with many other classic characters. This year they upped the ante with a Millennium Falcon card reader, as well as new flash drives from DC Comics and Transformers.

Video: The Truth Behind The Van Halen Brown M&Ms Ban

I’ve been a Van Halen fan pretty much my whole life, and one of the biggest secrets surrounding the band is the mystery of why brown-colored M&Ms were banned from their dressing rooms.
Touring artists usually have contracts with the venue where they’re performing with what’s known as a Rider – a set of requests that the venue must fulfill. The rider usually contains a list of specific drinks, food, backstage set-ups, and dressing room arrangements, and when these riders become public, there’s always items on there that just scream “Diva!” Van Halen was one of the first bands to have these rider contracts, and when their’s was made public, it was discovered that there was a demand for a bowl of M&M’s to placed in their dressing room. Not so outlandish, right? Except that they specifically stated that there should be NO brown M&M’s in the bowl.

It’s been far too long.
Following his brilliant film, The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford, a meditative and neo-Altman/Bergman-esque take on the western, we’ve waited with bated breath for the return of director Andrew Dominik, and it’s now time.
Box Office Mojo reveals that Cogan’s Trade has been tapped to bow on September 21, further hinting that the film will likely debut at the Venice and Toronto Film Festivals later this year.
