Thanks to the power of Adobe Photoshop, the teaser poster for The Dark Knight Rises has been transformed into the brand new poster for the upcoming film. The poster sends a clear message that “the fire will rise” and Gotham City will fall at the hands of Bane. But the one person who will stop this catastrophe from happening is Batman (who seems to be standing in a very familiar pose). Check out the full poster image below.

The new poster debuted on the film’s official Facebook page, so it’s the only one that is available at the moment. A high resolution version of the poster should be available for your viewing pleasure soon, so we’ll post that when it’s released.

Directed by Christopher Nolan, The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anne Hathaway, and Marion Cotillard. The film opens in theaters and in IMAX on July 20.
