Released on May 1, 2012, Born Villain is Marilyn Manson’s eighth studio album. If you’re already a fan, you won’t be disappointed here. Their signature electro-death metal sound is dark and crunchy while purring vocals deliver razor sharp lyrics. Even the tender ballad “Breaking the Same Old Ground” is a steel-toed kick in your squishy parts. Other standout tracks on Born Villain are “No Reflections” and “Slo-mo-tion.”
