7 Bethesda Video Game Soundtracks Now Available On iTunes
  |  @   |

The open-world RPG video games made by Bethesda Softworks are some of the very best gaming experiences you’ll ever have. Countless hours will disappear as you wander these wonderful and stunningly large virtual worlds…sometimes without even actually accomplishing any of the game’s objectives.

One of the many great elements of Bethesda’s games is their excellent musical scores. It’s not easy to come up with music so good that you can hear it over and over and over as you play one of these games for hundreds of hours and never get sick of it, but they’ve accomplished just that multiple times in the Elder Scrolls and Fallout franchises.

If you’re anything like myself (perhaps putting us on another level of geekdom), you’ve often wished you could apply these same musical scores to your own life, effectively creating your own (decidedly more boring) RPG. Now, thanks to the release of a collection of Bethesda game soundtracks on iTunes, we can do just that!

Continue below for a full list of the soundtracks released complete with links, who composed the score, and how much it will cost you.

A total of seven Bethesda game soundtracks have been released on iTunes, some both developed and published by the company and others only published by them.

Here’s a full listing of which soundtracks have been released:

* The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Original Game Soundtrack (Jeremy Soule) — $9.99

* The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Original Game Soundtrack (Jeremy Soule) — $9.99

* The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Original Game Soundtrack (Jeremy Soule) — $15.99

* Fallout 3 Original Game Soundtrack (Inon Zur) — $11.99

* Fallout: New Vegas Original Game Soundtrack (Inon Zur) — $11.99

* Dishonored Original Game Soundtrack – (Daniel Licht) — $9.99

* RAGE Original Game Soundtrack (Rod Abernethy) — $9.99

Now all you need is your preferred music storage device and some nice ear plugs, and then you can set off on a real-life adventure!

NOTE: It is not recommended that you enter homes that you come across on said adventure uninvited and start looking for valuables to sell off for coin. It will not go well.
