During that span of time, he also submitted well over 37,000 posts, moderated about 300 subreddits (most NSFW), and has personally been responsible for removing countless incidents of spam on the site.

Remove the limits on your postings. Reddit imposes a limit to postings for new users (Latency). By submitting posts that will gain about 100 karma points in a particular subreddit, latency limits will be removed in that subreddit.
Ask the subreddit moderator to make you an approved submitter. This removes latency and reduces the chance that your posts will be flagged as spam.
Ask a current moderator to make you a moderator of a subreddit. You can achieve this by building a reputation as a consistent contributor of quality content.
