Two New Suits Added To ‘Iron Man 3’ Hall Of Armors
  |  @   |

When we found out that Tony Stark’s latest armor would be the Mark XLVII in Iron Man 3, it confirmed that he created many more suits since the events of The Avengers.

The latest trailer for the Shane Black-directed film confirmed that notion by displaying numerous suits. Whether or not we will see the 40 new suits in one film remains to be seen, but rather than have us guessing, the marketing team is showing us what armors we could see in the new film.

Check out the two new armors below.

These new suits were revealed on the film’s official Facebook page. The two new armors are the Mark XXXIII, an “Enhanced Energy Suit” better known to comic book fans as the “Silver Centurion,” and the Mark XL, a “Hyper Velocity Suit” called “Shotgun.”

This is just the beginning; there should be more reveals as the release date draws near. We’ve already seen some concept art and the other armors in the trailer. It’s probably safe to say that we won’t seeing any of the previous armors in the marketing campaign.

Directed by Shane Black, Iron Man 3 stars Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Jon Favreau, Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall and James Badge Dale, opens May 3.

So what do you think? Which armors would you like to see make it into the final cut of Iron Man 3?
