The first trailer for Disney’s Frozen was a relatively disappointing one. But you’ll definitely warm up to the full theatrical trailer for the upcoming animated film from Chris Buck (Tarzan) and Jennifer Lee (Wreck-It Ralph).
Watch the full trailer here below.
Frozen centers on Anna (voiced by Kirsten Bell) a fearless adventurer who partners up with Kristoff (Jonathan Groff), an extreme mountain man, to find her sister, the Snow Queen (Idina Menzel), and put an end to a spell that has trapped their kingdom in eternal winter.
Unfortunately, this trailer doesn’t have any of the musical numbers. But trust me when I say this, they are pretty fun to listen to and one of the songs that Menzel sings will definitely be the highlight of Frozen.
We had a chance to get an early preview of the film during the D23 Expo, which was held last month. While Frozen may seem a bit contemporary, Disney really knows how to hone in on creating very likable characters. In this case, there are plenty of characters with personality and charisma that the audience will fall in love with.
Frozen also stars Josh Gad, Santino Fontana, Alan Tudyk, and Ciarán Hinds. Frozen opens in theaters on November 27, 2013.

This feels very Dreamworks, as in pre-Chris Sanders, snark & slapstick-heavy Dreamworks. Not a good sign.
