The Channel 4 News Team, Ron (Will Ferrell), Brian (Paul Rudd), Champ (David Kochner), and Brick (Steve Carell) are back. Paramount has released two new trailers for Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, which will bring the news team into the world of cable news. And as you will see, there is a lot to adjust to. Women breaking the glass ceiling, breaking racial barriers, and trying to understand the difference between gays and vampires. It’s all in good fun.
The two latest trailers are definitely an improvement from the last one. The trailer debuts come just after the news that Ben & Jerry’s has announced the release of the Anchorman themed ice cream flavor Scotchy Scotch Scotch. Hit the jump to see the two trailers.
I suggest you watch both trailers as only one of them will show Harrison Ford. Although there are some spoilers in both trailers, and it does feel like Ron is just having another difficult time working with a woman (Meagan Good), who also happens to be African American. But I was laughing the whole time I watched the trailer, so I think director Adam McKay will deliver another solid comedy.
Synopsis:
