As part of Amazon’s daily Kindle ebook deals of the day Ultimates Vol. 1: Super-Human, the Marvel Comics graphic novel, is on sale today for only $1.99 (that’s 82% discounted from the list price of $10.99). The paperback edition is currently $10.70.
Written by Mark Millar with art by Bryan Hitch, Andrew Currie, and Paul Mounts, this volume is the start of Marvel’s Ultimates series, which sees The Avengers superhero team re-imagined in an alternate reality (outside of Marvel’s regular continuity) as The Ultimates team. Ultimates Vol. 1: Super-Human collects Ultimates #1-6.
