The Walking Dead snapshot #11: The Governor arrives at the prison walls with reinforcements, a tank, and Hershel and Michonne as hostages. Despite Rick’s impassioned pleas for peace between the groups, the mistrustful and paranoid Governor beheads Hershel (slowly) and attacks the prison. When the smoke clears, casualties are heavy on both sides — Judith is missing, possibly dead; the Governor lies dead at the hands of Rick, Michonne, and Lilly; the prison is overrun and the fragmented groups scatter; a heavily-beaten Rick telling Carl, “Don’t look back, Carl.
