It was first announced back in July of 2013 that Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane‘s other hit animated series, American Dad!, would be moving from Fox’s Sunday Animation Domination lineup to TBS sometime in 2014.

We just wanted to send out a quick reminder to fans of the show that the move officially happens this very day. A new season of American Dad! kicks off tonight at 9 p.m. ET on TBS with the episode “Blonde Ambition,” and continue on Monday nights moving forward.

This reminder is also to make sure you set those DVRs if you’re not planning to watch as soon as it starts. I’m not sure how it is on everyone else’s cable provider, but mine is not showing the episode as “New,” so the series recording I have set for all new episodes is not registering.

That’s not very Comcastic at all.
