Everywhere you look…
It’s been a year since Danny Tanner, Uncle Joey, and Uncle Jesse from Full House reunited to see Jimmy Fallon off from his Late Night gig (the trio also appeared together at around the same time for a Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt Super Bowl commercial). Now, the actors along with several other cast members from the popular late-1980s television series got together again – this time, to celebrate the birthday of the show’s creator Jeff Franklin.
At one point, the gang gathered on stage to sing the family sitcom’s catchy theme song! Check out a short video of the cast singing the theme song, “Everywhere You Look,” along with photos from the night posted to Instagram by Lori Loughlin, who played Aunt Becky.
From the photos and video, you can see that stars Bob Saget (Danny Tanner) Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky) Candace Cameron Bure (D.J.), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie), John Stamos (Uncle Jesse), Dave Coulier (Joey), and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler) were present for the occasion. Notably absent as usual were the Olsen twins – Mary-Kate and Ashley – who don’t seem to want to see their former co-workers.
As far as an on-screen reunion goes, last Summer there was talk of a Full House revival, with Stamos (who has ownership stake in the show) greatly interested in getting it going and series creator Jeff Franklin reportedly already working on a new version. The original series ran from 1987 to 1995 on ABC, with reruns currently airing on Nick At Night.
