Joss Whedon‘s film sees the return of Marvel’s superheroes reuniting to defend the earth against an advanced AI programmed by Tony Stark called Ultron, who has become sentient and believes the best way to protect the earth from humans, is to destroy humanity.

Starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, James Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Samuel L. Jackson, and James Spader, Marvel Studios’ Avengers Age of Ultron hits theaters on May 1, 2015.
