The History Channel’s Vikings has released some more fun clips for us fans, giving us a “Best of Floki” (isn’t every scene a best of Floki?); two more Roll Like Rollo videos; and a video about the attack on Paris, with a very funny beginning. The attack will happen Thursday, April 9th in Vikings Episode 3.8 “To The Gates” at 10pm ET on The History Channel.
Check out the videos here below.
The attack seems to be on a greater production scale than any other battle filmed before. It’s hard to believe that Floki (Gustaf Skarsgard) is that talented to have created such massive construction. Paris doesn’t stand a chance.
The “Best of Floki” has a glimpse of my beloved Athelstan (George Blagden) right before Floki kills him and flashes of Floki laughing. As upset as I am that he murdered my priest, there’s no denying he is a compelling character. I’m kinda afraid for him, because Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) is toying with him as a spider does a fly.
The last two videos of “Roll Like Rollo” (Clive Standen) are very brief, yet very profound.
VIKINGS follows the adventures of Ragnar Lothbrok, an actual historical figure, and the greatest hero of his age. The series tells the gripping sagas of Ragnar’s band of Viking brothers and his family, as he rises to become King of the Viking tribes. As well as being a fearless warrior, Ragnar embodies the Norse traditions of devotion to the gods – legend has it that he was a direct descendent of Odin, the god of war and warriors.
