Gotham season 2 begins in 10 days! If you are fiending like I am, never fear. FOX has released a couple of clips from the 1st episode of the season, “Damned If You Do.”

The “Things Are Looking Up” clip reveals Theo Galavan (James Frain) and his sister The Tabitha (Jessica Lucas) addressing a group of Arkham patients strapped to hand trucks, including Jerome aka The Joker (Cameron Monaghan) and Barbara (Erin Richards). He sees “power!”

In “Resignation,” the commissioner (Peter Scolari) is taking Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) to task:

“Did you or did you not put your hands on Officer Frank here?”

This clip has me so intrigued. Watch to hear what happened to Bullock (Donal Logue). How did they get here?

The 3rd clip has Jerome trying to get Barbara to accept protection from his friend, even trying to bond with the whole “killing parents” in common. Barbara blows him off, and he loves it! Killing your parents really bring out the confidence in a girl.

The last clip is the best one. Jim Gordon once again goes to Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) for a favor. But hat’s not why it’s the best. This scene is so intense. You can actually feel the increased confidence and power in Penguin. That… is good acting.

Gotham season 2 returns September 21st on FOX!
