Titan Comics releases

Below you’ll find the solicitations information and cover artwork for all of Titan Comics comic book titles that were released on April 6, 2016. This list includes a couple of Doctor Who comics and my pick of the week from Titan: Heroes: Godsend #2! So dig in and see if you find a little something for yourself.

Assassin's Creed: Assassins #7Assassin’s Creed: Assassins #7

Writers: Anthony Del Col, Conor McCreery
Artist: Neil Edwards
Colorist: Hi-Fi
Letterer: Comicraft
$3.99

Charlotte, Galina and Kody are on a mission; to locate the enigmatic hacker collective, Erudito. Charlotte must delve into the memories of her Inca ancestor to figure out the key to finding the elusive group, but while the Assassins hunt for the clue they need, they themselves become the hunted…

A twisting tale based on the video game franchise of the same name.

Johnny Red #6Johnny Red #6

Writers: Garth Ennis
Artist: Keith Burns
Colorist: Jason Wordie
$3.99

Against orders, Johnny has set out to discover the whereabouts of his beloved Falcon Squadron – sent off on a top secret mission but now vanished. What he discovers is utterly shocking and could change the course of the Second World War!!!

If you’re like me and love the writings of Garth Ennis, try this. It’s a bit different but still has the same flair you expect from the author of the Preacher comics.

Heroes: Godsend #2Heroes: Godsend #2

Writer: Joey Falco
Artist: Roy Allan Martinez
$3.99

Farah’s work at Primatech brings her into a clash with HRG and the Haitian. Plus she has to undergo a secret mission into a prison to break-out an old face from the Heroes TV show! Plus, just what is Angela Petrelli up to”¦?

Only the second installment in this series, but it’s certainly finding a different path than what you might expect. Fans of the hit show Heroes will want to check this out.

The Blacklist #8The Blacklist #8

Writer: Nicole Dawn Phillips
Artist: Beni Lobel
$3.99

As the FBI continues its manhunt for wanted fugitive (and former agent) Elizabeth Keen, Red helps Liz overcome her incapacitating fear of fire in order to strike back against the Arsonist — even if it risks leading the FBI right to her doorstep.

I’m not too savvy in regards to the comic or the show, but I’ve got friends that swear this series is a must-have.

Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor #2.8Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor #2.8

Writer: Nick Abadzis
Artist: Elena Casagrande
Colorist: Claudia SG Iannicello
Letterer: Comicraft
$3.99

THE WISHING WELL WITCH Part 1! It’s Gabby’s first trip to the UK, as the Doctor shows her (and her new fellow TARDIS traveler!) around his adopted gaff. But a visit to the countryside swiftly turns into a gothic horror story, as the gang discover the curse afflicting a small town!

The continuing adventures of the Tenth Doctor. This starts a new arc is a perfect time to get into the comic, if you haven’t already!

Doctor Who: The Twelfth Doctor #2.4Doctor Who: The Twelfth Doctor #2.4

Writer: Robbie Morrison
Artist: Rachael Stott
Colorist: Ivan Nunes
Letterer: Comicraft
$3.99

The shadowy puppetmasters behind the darkness at Ravenscaur are revealed, as the bodycount climbs and the shocking revelations add up! Can the Doctor and Clara, armed with a hundred years of secret history, triumph over the conspiracy and drive out an ancient evil?

Allowing the Doctor Who series to establish itself in comics form again is possibly the greatest thing to happen to the franchise in years.

Penguins: The Elitest Of The Elite #2Penguins: The Elitest Of The Elite #2

Writers: Cavan Scott
Artist: Lucas Ferreyra
$3.99

Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private get their flippers in a flap – it’s the International Undercover Elite Interspecies Task Force Awards – and they’re not invited! Something must be wrong, and something most certainly is”¦ but it’s not what the Penguins expect!

Penguins. Funny. Seriously, it’s exactly what you expect it to be. A bit lowbrow but hilarious, nonetheless.
