Lip Sync Battle Clark Gregg vs Hayley Atwell

Clark Gregg and Hayley Atwell brought their legendary rivalry to the Lip Sync Battle stage last night. The pair were last pitted against each other during the infamous Dubsmash Wars for charity back in October, with Atwell’s Agent Carter team the winner, raising $79,818 for “Stomp Out Bullying.” The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. team may have lost the contest, but won at life raising $75,410 for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The pair outdid themselves. Watch how Agent Coulson and Agent Carter wowed Chrissy Teigen, LL Cool J, and us.

Check out the performances below.

Atwell dedicates the first song as a dig to Gregg, “Pretty Fly For A White Guy” by Offspring. She gets down and dirty on the ground.

Atwell: “There I was having tea with the Queen, and here I am on my knees getting down and dirty.”

When it was Gregg’s turn, he prefaced it by saying, “My mom used to sing it to us.
LL Cool J: “A special song from his childhood. A family tune.”

It is “Rumpshaker” by Wreckx-N-Effect.

I don’t even know who he is, shaking his butt to the screaming girls in the audience and doing the running man.

Teigen: “What a beautiful sweet childhood you had.”
LL Cool J: “Your mom is my hero.”

Hayley Atwell performs The Offspring’s “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)” | Lip Sync Battle (Full video to follow)

Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter of “Marvel’s Agent Carter”) thorws shade at fellow “Agent” and Dubsmash rival, Clark Gregg (Phil Coulson of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”), with The Offspring’s “Pretty Fly (For A White Guy)”!

For the full costume round, Gregg does “Toxic” by Brittney Spears. You cannot unsee this. He fills in his teeny tiny stewardess costume nicely, and channels Ms. Brittney with as much gusto as he can. But I will not forget this sight. The performance was fun – nice touch having his wife, Jennifer Grey in a cameo. LL and Atwell were dying, and so was I.

Atwell came out head to toe in black pleather for “Bad Romance,” and did her best to give us Gaga. Very dramatic and soulful even without the using her voice. She kinda reminded me of the evil queen from Snow White.
