‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Tease Wants You To See Full Trailer Tomorrow
  |  @   |

When word came that Spider-Man would be shared by Sony and Marvel, every Marvel fan nearly dropped to their knees. That excitement grew exponentially when we learned that we would see him as early as Captain America: Civil War. And from that first moment, he said “Hey, Everybody,” we knew that this was the right Spider-Man.

Now we can get excited for his solo adventures, which kicks off with Spider-Man: Homecoming. After waiting seven grueling months, we’ll finally get to see the official trailer. Check out the video teasing the trailer’s release below.

The official Spider-Man movie Twitter page made the announcement earlier today, and attached a nice little teaser with it. You can see the trailer drop tomorrow on Jimmy Kimmel Live! at 11:35, and of course it will then drop online so we will have it for you as soon as it goes up. As for the teaser itself, it’s all taken from Peter’s (Tom Holland) point of view, which has him see a Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau) frantically asking what Peter Parker is doing in his regular suit and not the one in the briefcase from Tony Stark. Apparently, this one has some upgrades, we then quickly switch to him doing a flip off the peak of the Washington Monument and get a clear view of the Web Wings upgrade, and then switch back to Peter saying “This is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.” Here’s the official teaser:

That flip scene was actually shown at SDCC earlier this year, but it did not have Web Wings. Other than that, there is not much else to talk about. So you best be prepared for Jimmy Kimmel Live! tomorrow night at 11:35, because the trailer you have been waiting for finally arrives.

Directed by Jon Watts (Cop Car), Spider-Man: Homecoming also stars Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr.

While there isn’t an official plot synopsis yet, we know that the screenplay written by Watts, Jonathan M. Goldstein, John Francis Daley, Christopher Ford, Chris McKenna, and Erik Sommers, will have a John Hughes-vibe, which means get ready for some high school awkward moments.

Spider-Man: Homecoming opens in theaters on July 7, 2017.
