‘Fallout Shelter’ Now Available On Xbox One, Windows 10
  |  @   |

Back when we were all anxiously awaiting an in-depth look at Fallout 4 at Bethesda Game Studios’ E3 2015 presentation, Bethesda’s Todd Howard dropped a little surprise on everyone: they had been also working on a mobile game set in the same universe titled Fallout Shelter, and it was going to be released that very same night.

The game was released for iOS, Android, and PC, and did pretty darn good. Now the game is available to even more people with its release today on Microsoft’s Xbox One and Windows 10. And yes, just like the previous release, it is free to play.

Continue below for more and to watch a trailer.

Fallout Shelter puts you in the all-important role of vault Overseer, the person who manages the entire vault. Bringing in survivors from the Wasteland, assigning dwellers to jobs to do within the vault based on their skills which are essential to keeping everyone happy and alive, building expansions as necessary, sending well-armed dwellers outside to scavenge for anything useful, and quickly getting your strongest people up to the entrance and those not as capable of defending themselves to safer areas when danger arrives at your door are all part of your responsibilities as Overseer.
