Video: Josh Gad and Judi Dench Try To Get ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Answers From Daisy Ridley

Josh Gad just doesn’t know when to quit. In his third attempt, in just as many weeks, the actor has tried to get answers out of Daisy Ridley regarding his questions about Star Wars: The Last Jedi. While we still don’t know whether or not Finn is paralyzed from the waist down or who are Rey’s parents, everyone has been dying to know what is the meaning behind the title The Last Jedi.

His first and second attempts proved unsuccessful when going at it alone. So this time, things are different. This time he gets his Murder On The Orient Express co-star Dame Judi Dench to pry answers out of the actress who plays Rey. Check out the video below.

It’s not clear if these videos will be released on a weekly basis, but we can pretty much guess how they will all end. While the first two saw Gad failing to get any answers to his questions, recruiting Dench to his team may have proven to be just the thing to break his unlucky streak.

Dench asked if Ridley has been tested for midichlorians; if Supreme Leader Snoke is Palpatine; if she is the last Jedi; and what’s the deal with Kylo Ren (although she actually said Rylo, which does sound just as cool). Unlike the first two, the video ends with Ridley saying okay, as though she would answer all her questions. Of course, since it cut off right after, we will never know what she told those two. Still, it’s fun to speculate, as most of us have done in the past.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens in theaters on December 15, 2017.
