Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen continues to be a worldwide phenomenon ever since its release in 2013. Grossing over $1 billion worldwide, an animated short has since been released, and plans for a sequel are currently in development. But for those who can’t get enough of the film and are just waiting to see Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf once more, there’s Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.

The 21-minute animated featurette will be shown in front of Pixar’s Coco, and will be available for a very limited time. Now the studio has released the first trailer for the featurette, which will also be run in front of Disney”¢Pixar’s Cars 3, beginning this Friday, June 16. Check out the trailer below.

Here’s what Pixar head John Lasseter had to say about having a Disney featurette be introduced before Coco:

Indeed, based on the both trailers there’s a strong family tradition theme tied into both. Both seem to be searching for their own sense of tradition. One is lost and the other having never been there in the first place. Olaf’s Frozen Adventure will have four new songs performed by the original cast and characters of Frozen. In it, Olaf (voice of Josh Gad) is searching all over Arendelle to find the best family holiday traditions as Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) and Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel) celebrate their first holiday season together without their parents. Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) will also be in the featurette.

What’s interesting about this featurette is that it was designed to air on ABC, the Disney-owned broadcasting station. However, Lasseter and the filmmakers decided that it was too cinematic to be seen on TV screens, and decided that it deserved a theatrical release. Which is why it will be attached to showings of Coco. This will make it the first Disney-related short to appear before a Pixar flick. The reverse happened when the Toy Story short Small Fry appeared before The Muppets.

When the townspeople unexpectedly leave early to enjoy their individual holiday customs, the sisters realize they have no family traditions of their own.
