New Trailer For ‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ Confirms Prequel

It’s been widely assumed that Red Dead Redemption 2 would be a prequel because the previous game was set at the end of the wild west. Now we know for sure.

Rockstar Games has released a brand new trailer for the game, which introduces who you’ll be playing as, a character named Arthur Morgan, and confirms that the game is indeed a prequel.

An epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland, the game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.

The trailer is a little bit longer than the first trailer we saw, but still pretty short. Rockstar definitely isn’t giving it all away at once. Still, fans who have been anxiously awaiting a sequel for the past seven years will take it with a giant smile on their face.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released in the spring of 2018, and you’ll be able to pre-order it for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 when available.

The all-new trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2, the story of outlaw Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang as they rob, fight and steal their way across the vast and rugged heart of America in order to survive. Coming Spring 2018 to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems.
