‘Ralph Breaks The Internet’ Clip Introduces KnowsMore Voiced By Alan Tudyk

There are only a few more weeks left until Disney releases Ralph Breaks the Internet, the sequel to Wreck-It Ralph. The film will see the return of Ralph (John C. Reilly) and Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman), two arcade sprites who venture to the Internet in search of a replacement part for Sugar Rush, Vanellope’s game.

Along the way they will run into technological advancements they’ve never seen before like social media, algorithms, and the dreaded auto fill search bar. Disney has released a brand new clip featuring the two running into KnowsMore, a bit of an outdated version of the auto fill. Think AskJeeves. Additionally, there is a Happy Birthday Internet video for this Internet Day. Check them both out below.

We’ve done a bit of extensive coverage of Ralph Breaks the Internet these past few weeks. In that coverage, we learned that KnowsMore (voiced by Alan Tudyk) was nearly scrapped from the film. However, because the team loved the character so much, they found a way to fit him into the film. Now, there isn’t anything too spoilery in this clip, but it does give us a sense of what sorts of adventures Ralph and Vanellope will have in the film.

The second video is Silverman helping celebrate the Internet’s birthday and its first crash, both of which happened on the same day. So there’s a fun fact you can throw around today.

Here’s the official plot synopsis:

In “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” video-game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and best friend Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) leave the comforts of Litwak’s arcade in an attempt to save her game, Sugar Rush. Their quest takes them to the vast, uncharted world of the internet where they rely on the citizens of the internet””the Netizens””to help navigate their way. Lending a virtual hand are Yesss (voice of Taraji P. Henson), the head algorithm and the heart and soul of the trend-making site “BuzzzTube,” and Shank (voice of Gal Gadot), a tough-as-nails driver from a gritty online auto-racing game called Slaughter Race, a place Vanellope wholeheartedly embraces””so much so that Ralph worries he may lose the only friend he’s ever had.

Directed by Rich Moore (“Zootopia,” “Wreck-It Ralph”) and Phil Johnston (co-writer “Wreck-It Ralph,” “Zootopia,” writer, “Cedar Rapids”), and produced by Clark Spencer (“Zootopia,” “Wreck-It Ralph,” “Bolt,” “Lilo & Stitch”), “Ralph Breaks the Internet” hits theaters on Nov. 21, 2018.

Ralph Breaks the Internet also features the voice cast of Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch, Alfred Molina, Ed O’Neill, Ali Wong, Timothy Simons, GloZell Green, Hamish Blake.
