While the holiday is celebrated in mid Fall, the summer has been hot with Halloween movie news. We learned earlier this month that “The saga of Michael Myers and Laurie Strode will continue” with two sequels to David Gordon Green’s hugely successful 2018 Halloween. Halloween Kills is set to hit theaters in 2020 and be followed by 2021’s Halloween Ends. Jamie Lee Curtis is set to return as Laurie Strode in both films. Now rumors are circulating that another character from John Carpenter’s original 1978 classic could be returning to the series: Tommy Doyle.

‘Bond 25’ Rumors Suggest ‘Captain Marvel’s Lashana Lynch Could Take Over 007 Codename
Despite the set disasters and injuries, James Bond 25 is still in production for an April 2020 release. Though we still know very little about the film itself, it has recently been revealed that Christoph Waltz would return to reprise his character, Blofield. While that would be a cause for excitement for some, the character was introduced (or re-introduced) in one of the weakest installments of the entire franchise. But there is another rumor going around that suggests that the 007 codename could be passed on to someone else. According to this rumor, James Bond (Daniel Craig) will no longer hold on to that famous number and it will be passed on to none other than Captain Marvel co-star Lashana Lynch. More on the report here below.

With a franchise as big and expansive as Star Wars, there are a number of things filmmakers could adapt that are outside of the Skywalker saga. And with the Skywalker saga coming to a close later this year in Episode IX, fans can look forward to other and possibly more exciting stories that go far beyond the conflicts between the Jedi and the Sith.
But there is also a lot of history to look back on, and that could be the basis of the film series from Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. According to new rumors, their trilogy could be based on The Old Republic, the popular MMORPG game which takes place some 4,000 years before the Galactic Empire was established. More on the report below.

Ever since Sony announced that they would be building a Spider-Man-less spinoff universe, fans have been wondering how that world would work. An entire superhero universe of supporting characters for a top-tier superhero without the top-tier superhero sounds weird and confusing, to say the least. But Sony is confident that it could work now that they are moving forward with Venom and Black and Silver. The former is already well into production, with Tom Hardy playing the titular lead. And even though there have been some conflicting stories, Amy Pascal has stated that the Spider-Man of the MCU would not be a part of the Spider-Man-less universe that they are creating.
Now there is a little rumor that Spider-Man may actually appear in Venom. More on the story below.

Whispers Of A Possible ‘Fable IV’ Have Begun To Arrive
|
Over seven years ago, Lionhead Studios’ Fable III was released. Some loved it, some hated it, but most agreed it wasn’t as good as the previous two games. Still, it was assumed at the time that work would then begin on Fable IV, which would hopefully get back to focusing on what fans of the series loved so much about earlier games.
Then came some unexpected curve balls. First, it was revealed that the next game would actually be a free-to-play co-op game titled Fable Legends, and that Fable IV wasn’t being worked on at all. Then, just before it was supposed to be released, Legends was abruptly canceled and Lionhead shut down by Microsoft. And though Xbox head Phil Spencer didn’t rule out the possibility of a new game in the future, fans moved on with little hope.
Now, nearly two years after Legends was killed off (believe it or not), whispers of a possible Fable IV existing have started to make the rounds. Nothing below is confirmation that a new game is happening, but if you dream of the day a new entry in the series will arrive, it certainly is intriguing.
