Longtime actor Peter Graves passed away Sunday at the age of 83.

Those of us who are a bit younger will surely remember Graves for his role as Captain Clarence Oveur, the hilarious pilot in 1980’s Airplane!. He also starred in Airplane II: The Sequel. Later in his career, he appeared in 11 episodes of the popular show, 7th Heaven.
