An official trailer has been released for Killing Gunther, an action comedy starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. The movie is written and directed by Saturday Night Live alum Taran Killam, who is making his directorial debut.
The story follows a group of assassins who have grown sick and tired of Gunther (Schwarzenegger), the greatest hitman alive. To fix this problem, they join forces in hopes of simply making him not alive anymore. An easy enough plan on paper, but one which proves to be a tad bit more challenging than anticipated.

At this year’s CinemaCon, writer-director Shane Black (Iron Man 3, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) was briefly interviewed by Collider’s Steven Weinraub about the status of The Predator, a big-budget sequel/reboot/something or other in 20th Century Fox’s sci-fi action franchise that he is co-writing with Fred Dekker, the esteemed writer and director of the cult classics Night of the Creeps and The Monster Squad (the latter also sports a co-writing credit from Black).
According to Black, The Predator will be his next film, once again putting his long-in-development Doc Savage feature on the back burner.
Everyone is in the Star Wars spirit right now…maybe even more so than those who are in the holiday season spirit. That’s thanks in part to unseasonably warm temperatures and lack of snow for some, but it says a whole lot about how big a new movie in the franchise is.
Among the masses currently enjoying Star Wars fever with the release of The Force Awakens and out seeing the movie once or twice or ten times this weekend, Arnold Schwarzenegger decided to share a video of his Conan the Barbarian character testing out his own lightsaber. And it is a big ol’ ‘saber, fitting for Conan.
The video is actually oddly soothing to watch as Conan swings his glowing blade to familiar music, and you can check it out below.
Oh boy, this is gonna be a slaughter… The Terminator franchise attempted “reboot-quel” was supposed to be the blockbuster event of the summer. Terminator Genisys made decent money, but was critically slammed, and fans seemed more annoyed than ecstatic at having Arnold back in the fray. The Screen Junkies crew hit the right notes right away in this latest edition of Honest Trailers, rating the video “S” for Spoilers… unlike the actual trailer which gave away the only important plot point in the whole movie… that John Connor was actually a Terminator! No I didn’t ruin that for you… that was really in the trailer.
He’s back and oh hey there is now two of them! In Terminator Genisys, Arnold Schwarzenegger returns as the Terminator sent to kill Sarah Connor and the one meant to save her. In this reboot, we tune into an alternate timeline in which he gets sent to raise Sarah Connor and prepare her for the future. On the press trip for Terminator: Genisys, the actor and former governator of California talked about what sold him on this new chapter of the franchise he started, his approach to multiple hims, getting older, and technology evolving
